My experience with the dealership and the service center has always been wonderful. Recently my car was having a starter issue and BILL my service advisor went above and beyond to get my issue resolved in a timely manner. He stayed after hours just so he can make sure I didn’t need any further assistance. Thank you Bill for providing such a great experience with my car needs!

Excellent dealership!! I contacted two others in the NOVA area. Joyce Koons is 100% the way to go!! I worked with Ahmed. He has been at this dealership for 21 years! Very experienced & knowledgeable! This review is for their Senior Sales Rep, Ahmed Messaoudi. I med Ahmed when I went to test drive the car. I told him I liked it but my husband wanted nothing to do with coming to a dealership (thanks to awful car buying experiences) and Ahmed said no problem! My husband bought the car online through a less painful process with Ahmed and then Ahmed PERSONALLY DELIVERED THE CAR TO MY HOUSE! I really appreciate his customer service. He wasn’t annoying or pushy—just top notch service. He said he’s been there for other 20 years and I’m not surprised. He’s a professional! Thank you Ahmed!

Dakota on the Joyce Koons team reached out from Manassas to Chesapeake, VA. He covered details on all available and incoming models, answered questions on features/options/aftermarket accessories, and followed up multiple times while we looked for a comparable price from our local dealers. He let us know when the vehicle we wanted arrived in a shipment from Indiana before anyone else got their hooks into it. Dakota connected us with Tim Welton in Sales. Unlike other dealers we contacted, Tim e-mailed us an out-the-door price that no local dealers could or were willing to match. Tim went over discounts, financing and payment options, and helped us submit disabled veteran paperwork for a sales tax refund. Quality service, quality product, and it was well worth a four hour drive from Chesapeake for the value and customer service at Joyce Koons. Double thumbs up all around!

Had my vehicle in for some service work on Saturday, today, Tuesday, I presumed one of the services was not performed. Spoke with Kevin, brought my vehicle in and spoke with him and the lead tech.. Both looked under the hood, I pointed out what I presumed to be the issue, and within minutes I had a humbling experience. The service had been completed. My A-HA moment! They were professional throughout our conversation and I left with confidence the work was completed. I would highly recommend Koons Honda Manassas service dept.

Amazing service from JOE DEGUZMAN. His attentiveness and communication were great! I arrived around 7:20 am today and he was the only one that greeted me. I needed a Wheel Alignment done and that was what I was charged for - nothing else. Straight to the point communication, no upselling from the start to the end of service. He kept me updated via text w/ prompt responsiveness. Keep up the great work, Joe! *Word of advice to the other employees in the service reception area, keep your conversations quieter or have them elsewhere. I overheard racial stereotype jokes.

If I could rate my experience '6 stars' with Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas I would. I picked up my 2026 Prologue this past weekend and it is my 14th lease from this dealership. When my wife’s lease ends, we will be getting our 15th lease from this dealership! To tell you how much I trust this dealership, I call Dipak (awesome Sales Manager) and let him know the model, color, and day I'd like to pick it up. That is it! No test drive, no hassling back and forth on price, no crazy waiting, etc. This dealership really excels at outstanding customer service, especially for valued returning customers. Purchasing or leasing a car can be a headache - but not with this team. I have at least 3-4 other Honda dealerships closer to my home, but I don't even think twice about going to any of them. Hats off to Dipak and Kebir once again! Give them a call/visit, you won't be disappointed!
