Another great visit on a Saturday in April 2021. They did five things no my Honda in about 2 hrs. It was all no cost to me too under their "buying a new car maintenance plan" I've bought two Pilots at this great dealership.
Great Dealership and service department, a lot better than the Honda Dealership I used to go to.
Another great service visit, and on a weekend day! They would even come get my car for service but I prefer to go there myself where I can use their wide open seating areas or even get a rental car from them and do some things around the dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Rating this dealership again since I bought another car there. They really are the best Honda dealership in northern Virginia. Girma, my salesman, was top notch and I can’t say enough good things about him during the whole process, he even brought my new car to my house!
Just had the worst experience for Honda Maintenance ever here. They are now adding a surcharge for credit card payments, and hesitant to print out receipts. We took our crv in the night before our next morning apt. The next day, the morning of our apt. We get an email that our car was checked in a little past noon!?!?! We had to call the maintenance department around 4 that day since we didn’t get any update since the check in email. We found out our advisor left for a family emergency and no one knew what the status of our car was. We got a link from them that showed three recommended maintenance items that were red, but when we finally got a new advisor assigned to us, they said those items were yellow. The initial advisor said the alignment check was included in the 100 something multi-point inspection but the new advisor said it wasn’t done, even though they recommended getting it done. There was also a fuel service recommended but no one could tell me about when we finally went to the dealership and picked up our car right before they closed. I will not go back now, after this horrible experience!!!
