This review is for the Service department. Instead of taking my car to the Acura dealership in Falls Church, I followed a friend’s recommendation and brought my 2010 Acura MDX to Joyce Koons Honda. After the excellent care on my first visit, I brought it back for second servicing with added 10% discount. Kevin, Joe, and Roland kept me well informed and treated me with great care from the moment I arrived until i picked up my car. My car is now ready for the long drive on my upcoming trip! I'll be visiting the Joyce Koons service team again with additional fix ups.

Great dealership host great salesmen. This was my entire experience with Joyce Koons Honda. And all thanks to Mr. Naeem. Naeem gave a new definition on how simple and elegant a business trade can be. No non sense, straight to the point, and most importantly patient and respectful . I would highly recommend to work with Mr. Naeem to get the deal done. I recently purchased my second Honda from Joyce Koons. This transaction stands out as the best car buying experience I have had during more than 30 years of purchasing vehicles. The negotiation process was handled efficiently through text and email, and we reached an agreement on the sale price before I visited the dealership. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was able to pick up my new car without any hassle. The entire experience was excellent, and I would confidently rate it five stars overall.

We recently got a new vehicle from Joyce Koons and Naor, our sales rep, was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive and honest. He made a stressful process much more enjoyable. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the gentlemen in the financing department was rather rude, but Naor totally saved the experience for us! He is an asset to your company! Thank you Naor for getting us into the vehicle that fit our family the best!

The team at Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas was great. Very professional, responsive to all our calls and emails and friendly. Sales person Tim Welton and sales associate Malek Lahiani both made an amazing impact on our experience. Lots of communication, very attentive and showed great attention to detail. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely recommend them.

Purchased a car here and it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve had, they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in and I feel they gave me a fair deal on the car. Eric Park was great, he handled all my questions and worked with me where he could. Very straight forward deal, and didn’t waste my time like other dealerships tend to do. The financing manager Nancy Herrera was also great, worked with me and explained everything to me in detail. I usually hate buying cars and dealing with car dealerships, but this one was the exception.

I looked up all around the east coast for a good car. Almost gave up but this salesman, Brandon Locke hooked me up with a 2026 Honda Civic sport for a good price. He was honest and professional. Very straightforward. I still don't like the process but Brandon made it VERY easy. Always do your research but if you need a car here, always ask for Brandon Locke.

This is an excellent place to buy a car, offering great deals，in fact, we purchased two HR-V LX models within just four months. Overall I had a really positive experience buying my car here. If you can, ask for PJ. He’s not pushy with the buying process and ensured that all my needs were met. I also did my financing through them and got a great rate. Walked in and out in an afternoon with the car I wanted. I had done my research but I really appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness even after I left the lot.

This place started to be pretty bad got attendeds on phones and not paying attention to customer service. I went in for an inspection and waited 30 min just to talk to someone, but this kid saw me and approached me and took excellent care of me got me out of there in an hour like he promised we'll attired and easy to talk too. Made my experience worth the wait thank you mr Antoin Tunstall for your help,very professional experience.

Great service from Alex. Our odyssey had a water leak and it was taken care of under warranty. I had a hitch installed while it was in the shop waiting. The concierge loaner was super helpful while our minivan was out of commission, I’ll always go back to Koons Honda for service. They made it so easy for this busy family!
